While I was searching the internet for the best travel journal to help me keep track of all the awesome memories I make whilst travelling the world and writing this blog, something unexpected happened.
Frustratingly, I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I wanted a journal that would inspire me to be creative, and that would engage me to really think about the destinations I visited. I wanted to find a journal that I could just pick up whenever I felt like it and add something in that would help me remember my trip.
Reflection is also so important, so I wanted to find a journal that would help me learn from my experiences in order to grow as a person.
Unable to actually find a journal like that, I created one. That’s right, I’ve used my experience as a world traveller, and a travel blogger, to create a travel journal that will actually serve YOU! That actually has the content that YOU want to see in a journal.
So I’m super excited to introduce you to the Creative Travel Journal.

Introducing the first-ever guided travel journal written by a traveller…
In this hectic modern world, we are all so busy rushing around to truly experience what is around us. We are too distracted by technology to take in all the small details that make a single moment unique.
We inevitably miss a lot when we are not completely conscious. Think about how this could affect you when you travel. Wouldn’t it be great if instead of being distracted, you learn instead to be present?
What if I said that I have created something that can help you to not only experience your travels in a deeper way than ever before but to also leave you with a collection of rich memories you can easily look back on?
Here is my first ever book, the Creative Travel Journal!
The Creative Travel Journal is filled with fun prompts that encourage creativity, whilst promoting mindfulness and gratitude. These practices will help you to have a richer experience and create deeper memories on your journeys around the world.
The Creative Travel Journal is broken up into three sections. ‘Before I Go’ is all about planning and dreaming. This section includes packing lists, a place to write dream destinations as well as allowing you to create your own travel manifesto.
‘On The Road’ Is full of imaginative prompts to fill in during your travels. These prompts include writing tasks, drawing, collecting things and activities that encourage mindfulness.
Finally, ‘Now I’m Home’ is a section to reflect on your experiences, looking at what you have learned and discovered during your journey and how this has helped you to grow as a person.
I’m so excited to be able to share this book with you all.

What does mindful travel even mean?
Being a mindful traveller will help you to fully experience each and every moment of your trip. Instead of being distracted by your random thoughts of things like ‘what’s going on back at home’, or ‘what’s for dinner later’, you will be completely present. This will open you up to sensations you would have otherwise missed when your brain is on autopilot.
How will this book help you travel more mindfully?
The prompts in this journal aim to help you consciously think about the now whilst you travel. It will encourage you to use your senses and track what you feel and see to forge memories you can look back on.[/vc_column_text]
